Help Article | About multi-device

You can use WhatsApp Business on multiple devices at a time. Any business can:
  • Link up to four devices and one phone to their account.
  • Name their linked devices.
  • See the name of the device that was used to send a message.
Your business messages, media, and calls are end-to-end encrypted. Each linked device connects to WhatsApp independently while maintaining the same level of privacy and security through end-to-end encryption.
