With quick replies, you can create shortcuts for the messages you send to your customers most frequently. This can include media messages, such as images and videos.
Note: The maximum number of stored quick replies allowed is 50.
Set quick replies
  1. In the WhatsApp Business app, tap More options
     > Business tools > Quick replies.
  2. Tap Add
    .
  3. Tap Message to create your desired message.
    • Note: Media files aren't supported in quick replies on Web or Desktop.
  4. Tap Shortcut to set the keyboard shortcut for your quick reply.
  5. Tap SAVE.
Default replies
To make it easier to communicate with your customers, the WhatsApp Business app creates quick replies based on the information in your business profile. You can send a quick reply containing your hours, your address, or even your profile itself. To see these default replies:
  • Open a chat, tap Message, and type "/", or
  • Open a chat, tap Attach
     > Quick Replies.
Use quick replies
As an attachment
  1. Open a chat.
  2. Tap Attach
     > Quick Replies.
  3. Select the desired quick reply. The message will automatically appear in the text input field.
  4. Edit the message, or simply tap Send
    .
From the text input field
  1. Open a chat.
  2. Tap Message, then type "/". This will pull up all your quick replies, including default replies.
  3. Select the desired quick reply. The message will automatically appear in the text input field.
  4. Edit the message, or simply tap Send
    .
Business Tip: Remember to complete each section in your business profile to generate default replies that you can use to inform customers about your address, hours, and more.
