If you are not a developer, or would like to connect WhatsApp to the rest of your technology stack, such as an omnichannel inbox, customer support software, or a bot platform, you can work with a Business Solution Provider (BSP) to manage communications to and from customers. BSPs are a global community of third-party solution providers with expertise on the WhatsApp Business Platform. These BSPs can help you communicate with your customers on the WhatsApp Business Platform for the approved use cases of customer support and time-sensitive, personalized notifications.

Some businesses and BSPs¹ will use WhatsApp’s parent company, Meta, to securely store messages and respond to customers. Meta will not automatically use your messages to inform the ads you see, however, businesses will be able to use chats they receive from you for their own marketing purposes, which may include advertising on Meta. You can always contact the individual business to learn more about their privacy practices.

Third parties offering unauthorized services on our platform, such as automated or bulk messaging, are doing so in violation of our Terms of Service. If you have been working with a third party offering an unauthorized service, you may not be able to send messages with them on WhatsApp. We recommend you work with our authorized BSPs instead.

Note: The shared list of BSPs is for reference only. We recommend that you conduct your own due diligence of the company you choose to work with.
