Help Article | How to use broadcast lists
- Open the WhatsApp Business app.
- Tap More options> New Broadcast.
- Search for or select the contacts you want to add.
- Tap the check mark.
- Open the WhatsApp Business app.
- Tap More options> Labels.
- Tap the label you want to create a broadcast list for.
- Tap More options> Message customers.
- Tap the check markto draft and send your message.
- Open the WhatsApp Business app.
- Open your broadcast list.
- Tap More options> Broadcast list info.
- In the broadcast list info screen you can:
- Change the name of your broadcast list: Tap Edit> input new name > tap OK.
- Add customers to your broadcast list: Tap Edit recipients> search for or select the customers you want to add.
- Remove customers from your broadcast list: Tap Edit recipients> tap customers you want to remove > tap the check mark.
- Change the name of your broadcast list: Tap Edit
- Open the WhatsApp Business app.
- Tap and hold the broadcast list you want to delete.
- Tap Delete broadcast list> DELETE.
- Note: Tap the checkbox for Delete media in this chat if you want to delete all media sent over a broadcast list.
